GENTLE yoga, meditation and a kriya (cleansing) practice to prepare your body and mind for exploring different Pranayama techniques. Experience the benefits of Pranayama and learn how it can support NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION. Alyssa will guide you through three simple practices so that you can feel them for yourself. Between each practice you will be invited to observe how you feel and journal about your experience.
Important Notes:
- Please do not eat at least two hours prior to workshop
- Please bring a journal, pen and water bottle
